We take several measures to protect against fraud, including auditing listings, allowing the community to flag suspicious activity, sharing seller ratings, and most importantly, withholding funds from sellers until shoppers accept delivery.
What happens if there is a dispute between a buyer and seller?
Disputes are rare, but they happen. When they do, our Purchase Protection Program kicks in. Shoppers open a dispute by rejecting a purchase. The dispute is shared with the seller, who is asked to respond. Based on the information we receive, we determine a winner. If the buyer wins, we refund the purchase. Otherwise, the sale is upheld.
How long does it take to set up a marketplace?

Are there any other fees I should know about?
We charge a one-time setup fee and a monthly minimum. Other than that, there are no other fees to run your peer-to-peer marketplace on our platform. Everything you see above is included in our commission.
